Chop saws cut lumber, cants, and blocks to fixed lengths. Trim saws square the ends of boards moving through a production line. Morgan has been building both since 1995. Every saw is built to order in Sarepta, Louisiana, and configurable to match your line speed, material size, and crew setup.
Choose by Automation Level
Manual Operation
Operator positions the material and cycles the saw. Lowest cost, simplest maintenance. Good for lower-volume operations or shops cutting a mix of lengths throughout the day.
Semi-Automated
Powered feed or indexing handles part of the cycle. Operator loads, the saw does the repeat work. Fits operations running consistent cut lengths at moderate volume.
Fully Automated
Powered rollers, air stops, clamps, and head actuation run the full cut cycle. One operator feeds material; the saw handles the rest. Built for high-volume lines running the same cuts all day.
Choose by Material Capacity
Up to 6" × 6"
For blocks, small cants, and pallet stock. These saws handle the smaller cross-sections common in pallet and recycling operations.
Up to 6" × 12"
Handles full-size cants and larger cross-sections. The workhorse range for sawmills cutting to length before resawing.
Board Trimming 16"–54"
Inline trim saws that square board ends as material passes through. Multiple heads let you trim both ends in one pass.

Log Saw
Cuts small logs to length. 22" blade, gas or electric power options. Designed for sawmills and firewood operations.
Pop Up Saw
Blade rises from below the table to make the cut. Low-profile design saves floor space. Pneumatic or hydraulic actuation.
Composite Cutting Chop Saw
Cuts composite and engineered lumber that destroys standard blades. Carbide-tooth compatible. Built for pallet and packaging operations.
Electric Chain Bar Cut-Off Saw
Electric chain bar cut-off for large beams and timbers. No gas engine to maintain. Can double as a piling saw or firewood processor.
Chain Bar Trough Saw
Chain bar cutting action mounted in a trough configuration. Handles irregular material that won't sit flat on a standard table.
Chain Bar Cutter
Gas-powered chain bar cutter. Works as a slab saw, log saw, cant cutter, or firewood processor. Portable, no power cord required.
Block Saw
Cuts blocks to length with one operator. Low table height for easy loading. 10 HP 3-phase motor, 22" blade capacity. Cuts up to 6" × 6" stock.
Baby Chop Saw
Compact chop saw at 5' long. 5 HP motor, 16" blade, 4 preset stops. Designed for pallet disassembly and small-stock cutting. Optional laser cut line marker.
Auto Trim Saw
Inline trim saw for boards 16" to 54" wide. Four-chain feed system with dogs every 16". Accepts 10"–14" blades. Trims one or both ends in pass-through operation.
Stationary Multi-Head Trim Saw
Multiple trim heads on a stationary frame. Trims both ends simultaneously at high volume. Configurable head spacing for your board lengths.
Fully Automated Chop Saw
Full automated cut cycle: powered rollers feed material, air stops index length, clamp and head cycle automatically. Handles up to 6" × 12" stock. Optional cant turner for rotating cants between cuts.
Standard Chop Saw
Manual chop saw on a 3×3 square tubing frame. 22" blade capacity. 15' of powered rollers standard. Up to 6" × 12" material capacity. The baseline Morgan saw: simple, heavy, rebuildable.
Single-Head Trim Saw
Single trim head on a stationary frame. Trims one end per pass. For operations that don't need simultaneous double-end trimming or want a lower entry cost.
Pivot Saw
Chop saw with a pivoting head for miter and angle cuts. Semi-automated cycle. For operations cutting anything other than square cross-cuts.
Automatic Firewood Processor
Completely automatic. No operator needed. Powered belt feed, 9" × 16" capacity, 32" carbide blade. Adjustable electronic eye controls cut length 16"–24".
