How It Works
Step 1
Operator places material on the powered roller bed. Rollers feed stock into position automatically.
Step 2
Air stops position the material at the correct cut length. Multiple stops allow repeat cuts without adjustment.
Step 3
Powered clamp secures the material. Powered head cycles down, makes the crosscut, and returns.
Step 4
Rollers advance the material to the next stop position. The cycle runs continuously with one operator loading.
